How to start using

Purchase an Amigo starting kit and activate Amigo SIM card to start using the services of Amigo by following the instructions below:

• carefully break away the SIM card from the plastic matrix, put it in your mobile phone and turn it on;
• enter PIN 1 code which is on the plastic card and confirm it with the key ;
• make your first phone call to number 1633 – a toll-free Amigo system service phone;
• listen to the guidance of the auto-responder and choose the language for voice announcements!

Note!
Keep the plastic card which contains PIN 1, PIN 2 and PUK codes because that is the only proof that you are the holder of this card! The original PIN 1 is needed for use of various Amigo services.

Be in control of your balance and deadlines
You can find out your Amigo card’s credit balance and card’s deadlines by calling to the toll-free Amigo system service phone number 1633. To listen to the auto-recorder’s announcement about card’s deadlines press key .
If you wish to receive the information on your card’s advance balance and deadlines in the form of a text message, send an SMS with text I to 1633.
Note!
If your Amigo card has expired it can be renewed within 3 months by calling to Amigo informative phone 26200000 and naming Amigo phone number and the original PIN 1 code.

Choose language
To choose language for 1633 automatic voice announcements call to Amigo system service number 1633 and listen carefully to the instructions of the auto-responder;
Press key and choose language for further auto-responder announcements:
Key – if you choose Latvian language
Key – if you choose Russian language
Key – if you choose English language
