If you have a top-up card/receipt you can top-up your Amigo card’s balance by calling to the toll-free Amigo system service phone number 1633.

Top-up your Amigo card’s balance with a top-up card/receipt:

• Call to the toll-free system service phone number 1633, listen to the instructions of auto-reply;
• Press key 2 (the number has to be left on the screen while you continue with the rest of operations);
• Enter card number and press #;
• Enter card code and press #;
• Listen to the announcement of the auto-reply whether the top-up of the account has been successful!

Note!
The top-up will fail if you have made a mistake while entering the card number or the code. Start over the top-up activities and do not hurry!

Note!
If you top-up Amigo cards account consequently with a top-up card of a larger and a smaller nominal value only the expiration date of the larger card will be taken into account.

Sending a text message to 1633
If you have a top-up card/receipt you can top-up the advance of both yours and another Amigo card by sending a text message to the system service number 1633.

Top-up your Amigo card’s call credit with a refill card/receipt:

• Compose a text message with top-up card’s/receipt’s number # card’s/receipt’s code;
• Send the text message to 1633!

Note!
The text message has to be composed without spaces.
The text message to 1633 can be sent within the credit’s expiration date of an Amigo card and it is billed as a standard text message.

Top-up another Amigo card’s call credit with a top-up card/receipt:

• Compose a text message with refill card’s/receipt’s number # card’s/receipt’s code # Amigo number which you wish to top-up;
• Send the text message to 1633;
• Wait for a confirmation text message;
• After receiving a confirmation text message, send another text message to 1633 with Amigo number that you wish to top-up.
  EXAMPLE:
  First text message: 409999999#123456789012#2XXXXXXX;
  Second text message: 2XXXXXXX.

Note!
Another Amigo card’s credit can be topped-up by either an Amigo client or a client of LMT or O!Karte. A standard rate is being charged from the senders account for each text message sent.
In the case of a successful account top-up the credit of the top-up card/receipt is added to the credit that already is on the account and the longest expiration dates of the top-up card’s credit and validity come into force.If you have a refill card/receipt you can refill your Amigo card’s balance by calling to the toll-free Amigo system service phone number 1633.
